Personal Enrichment Alliancesm

    January 1, 2007
The Personal Enrichment Alliance is a membership benefits organization offered by Worth Coaching Services. The following Alliance programs are offered by WCS.

Rationale: Personal Enrichment Alliance activities and events are designed to bring us together under conditions that will allow us to discover and promote community.  Alliance programs and activities support us in having fun as we achieve our life goals.  They keep us mindful of what matters most to us, encourage our creative vision coupled with right action, and inspire personal growth and development.

The Personal Enrichment Alliance will foster the development of meaningful community as we face the challenges of modern life:

1.  Goal Support Circles
2.  Shine-Your-Light parties with Northern California's Caspar Creatively.
3.  Discounts for workshops, classes, getaways, and one-on-one coaching.

Goals Support Circles

A Goal Support Circle typically meets every other week, blending many of the great characteristics of a coaching group, goals group, discussion group, study group, activity and affinity group, service group, and support group. Goal Support Circles are not psychotherapy groups, though they can be healing and transformational.  Conducted by Laura Worth, MSW we set goals and action plans, learn new skills, develop or strengthen valued habits of the heart, habits of being, and habits of doing.  We brainstorm with each other for out-of-the box, creative thinking and share insights with each other.

In a Goal Support Circle we create a web of trusted connections for personal growth and support.  By integrating and sharing what we learn  (from life, reading, exercises, practice and discussion) we can --

     • grow our vision
     • inspire each other
     • increase our emotional intelligence

     • support each other in achieving our goals
     • gain confidence in using our life management skills
     • improve communication skills for personal and business life.

At GSC meetings members have an opportunity to engage in topical discussions, learn and practice life management skills and techniques, and support each others' goals and intentions in a trusting environment.

Circles can also be organized topically or around recommended books, such as Authentic Happiness, WishCraft, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The Eighth Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness, The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success, Emotional Intelligence, Learned Optimism, The Now Habit, When Anger Hurts, The Argument Culture, Unlimited Power, Choices, The Purpose of Your Life, True Work, Kitchen Table Wisdom, or others.
