TEAM
BUILDING PROGRAMS
Choose from several
interactive and fun components.
THEATER
CIRCLES
(ACTING, IMPROV, and THEATER GAMES).
Acting, improv,
and theater games make us laugh together, loosen us up, and relieve stress.
They are games of imagination and spontaneity that build group cooperation
and improve communication skills. This program and our unique teaching
style increase self-awareness and confidence. Participants become
more comfortable working together, as they develop acting competence.
We specialize in bringing the personal best out in all team members.
Facilitator: Laura Worth, MSW. Guest facilitator: Constance Wise,
Masters in Theater Arts and Consciousness.
Laura Worth
offers beginning acting and improv classes for fun and creativity.

(Silicon Valley), she participated in ensemble theater performances, acting,
improv, and spoken voice classes and teaching at Constance Wise Productions.
CWP is a private, San Mateo-based theater production company and acting
school offering experiential learning and performance opportunities to
people at all levels. Laura collaborated with Constance Wise in developing
her organization's programs and curriculum, including the "channel-surfing
through live theater" performance format.
Constance Wise trained
with ACT, majored in acting at San Francisco State University, and earned
a Masters in Theater Arts and Consciousness from JFK University.
At Canada College she has served on the drama department's faculty and
has also been on-staff in Foothill's dance department.
MUSIC
CIRCLES
(PRIMARILY PERCUSSION AND DRUMS)
Employees are challenged
to work together across workplace hierarchies, creating a new social and
musical experience. This requires cooperation, listening skills,
risk-taking, humor -- and many more life skills that are transferable to
workplace teams. This experience allows co-workers to know each other
in a different context. Primary facilitator: Robert Bornn.
Robert Bornn
and Laura Worth have been teaching and facilitating community drum circles
together with all levels of musicians since the early 90s. We entertain
at parties with a hallmark of "audience" participation. Our
ensemble musical group, DIAJ (Drummers in a Jam), performed on numerous
occasions on public stages with enthusiastic audience participation.
Our circles and performances as the SoundMoments
duo use music to bring people together.
TALKING
CIRCLES
(A
VARIETY OF FUN, INTERACTIVE GAMES AND EXERCISES).
These are informal,
interactive ice breakers encourage communication on various topics. These
activities build meaningful connections. Primary facilitator: Laura
Worth.
Laura Worth
is formally trained in group facilitation, individual, and couples counseling

1995, she teaches and runs groups privately and for business clients.

and Simplicity," and "Managing Procrastination Habits with Kindness."
